Audiovisual Services Coordinator

Iowa State University’s Memorial Union is looking for an Audiovisual Services Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on tech work, troubleshooting on the fly, and ensuring events run smoothly, this is a fantastic opportunity to continue to develop your AV and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for events of all sizes and complexities

• Provide on-site support for events, ensuring all AV needs are met

• Supervise and train student technicians to assist with event setup

• Maintain AV equipment and assist with periodic upgrades and repairs

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an interest in AV technology and event coordination

• Be detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly to changing event needs

• Be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
